Student Welfare First
We guide students toward choices that fit their academic background, finances, language ability, career goals, and lawful immigration options.
Ethical standards and practice
Universities, students, and families should know exactly how NorthBridge handles admissions and visa-support conversations. Our practice is aligned with the NACAC Guide to Ethical Practice in College Admission and the AIRC Educational Agency Standards.
NorthBridge commitment
NorthBridge is a private consultancy. We do not guarantee university admission, scholarships, visas, immigration status, or government outcomes. Our role is to help applicants understand requirements, organize truthful information, prepare complete files, and communicate professionally with schools and authorities.
We guide students toward choices that fit their academic background, finances, language ability, career goals, and lawful immigration options.
We do not create false documents, alter facts, hide refusal history, or coach students to provide misleading answers.
Students should receive clear service scope, fee, refund, and third-party cost information before paying for support.
Student records, financial documents, passports, admission materials, and immigration information are handled as confidential records.
This page describes NorthBridge's internal practice commitments aligned with NACAC and AIRC guidance. It does not state or imply that NorthBridge is NACAC-certified, AIRC-certified, government-approved, or endorsed by any university unless a separate written agreement confirms that status.
Applicant service standards
Our student advising process is designed to support informed decisions and ethical applications. We encourage students to compare options, ask questions, read university policies, and make their own final enrollment decisions.
Institutional expectations
Universities need confidence that representatives communicate accurately, protect students, and support compliance. NorthBridge aims to work with institutions in a way that supports ethical international enrollment management.
We use current university materials when discussing admission requirements, tuition, scholarship availability, housing, transfer credit, and deadlines.
If a school pays commission or referral compensation, we disclose that relationship where required and avoid presenting paid placement as the only option.
Applications, documents, and communications should be submitted with student knowledge and permission.
Suspected document fraud, identity inconsistency, or material misrepresentation should be addressed before submission and may require declining service.
We aim to communicate promptly, respectfully, and accurately with university staff, students, and families.
Procedures, templates, and staff training should be reviewed as university policies, visa rules, and professional standards change.
Accountability
Students and university partners should have a simple way to question information, request corrections, or report concerns about NorthBridge's services or representation.
How to raise a concern
Students and partners may raise good-faith questions or complaints without losing access to their own documents or basic case information.
Professional references
These are the public professional standards we use as reference points for ethical admission counseling, international student recruitment, transparency, student protection, and complaint handling.
NorthBridge is not affiliated with any embassy, government agency, USCIS, the US Department of State, ICE, CBP, IRCC, a school, or a testing organization unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Schools and government authorities make their own decisions.
